Chair of Excellence in Research in Social & Human Sciences (SHS) : Health democracy/empowerment: Involving citizens and people affected by cancer”

The French National Cancer Institute (INCa) and its partners are creating a Chair of Excellence in Research in  Social and Human Sciences (SHS) entitled :

“Health democracy/empowerment: Involving citizens and people affected by cancer“.

This text presents the context of this Chair and specifies the criteria for evaluating candidates. Open to all French and overseas scientists, this Chair aims to develop research programs in SHS on empowerment or health democracy in the cancer field.

The research program should be ambitious, innovative and visible at the national and international levels.

Themes and research areas proposed are indicative.

Applications must be submitted before May 14^th, 2020, 4 pm.

L’Institut National du Cancer (INCa) et ses partenaires lancent la création d’une Chaire d’Excellence de Recherche en Sciences Humaines et Sociales (SHS) intitulée :

« Démocratie sanitaire / empowerment : Implication des citoyens et des personnes touchées par le cancer ».

Ce texte présente le contexte dans lequel s’inscrit cette Chaire et spécifie les critères d’évaluation des candidats. Ouverte aux candidats Français et Étrangers, cette Chaire vise le développement de la recherche en SHS sur la thématique de la démocratie sanitaire / l’empowerment en cancérologie dans le cadre d’un programme ambitieux, novateur et visible aux niveaux national et international.

Des thématiques et pistes de recherches sont proposées à titre indicatif.

Les candidatures sont à déposer avant le 14 mai 2020, 16h.
