This position is responsible for Health Technology Assessment and Submissions Manager. The accountabilities for include:

Health Technology Assessment

Under the leadership of the Director of Strategic HTA, this role will help shape policy development in the Canadian Health Technology Assessment (HTA) environment. Responsibilities include:

Engage with key national HTA stakeholders. Develop and shape HTA positions and policy in collaboration with internal and external partners including academic research organizations, industry associations and other stakeholder groups. Leverage best practices in HTA regionally, nationally and internationally. Lead panels and workshops at HTA conferences and forums.

Submissions Manager

Serve as expert on HTA submission/procedures for CADTH, pCODR, provincial & private payers to internal partners.

Manage team of Submission Coordinators.

Develop & implement market access strategies from a product life cycle perspective supporting established product group (EPG) brands: Prepare reimbursement submission, reports and other materials aligned with the value proposition to be communicated to decision makers and payers based on clinical and economic data. Collaboration with Government Relations and Stakeholder Relations to ensure alignment and implementation of regional reimbursement strategies.
