Province of Ontario Early Researcher Awards

The Early Researcher Awards program is administered by the province of Ontario and provides funding of up to $100,000 for early investigators to build a research team. Funds can be used over 5 years to support salaries and benefits, essential and reasonable travel and expenses related to conferences, workshops, seminars, and/or offsite research activities. Each award must be matched by an additional $50,000 (cash) from an approved host organization, so check with your individual organization for any internal rules/guidelines.
