Research Participation Wanted – Patients & Survivors of Colorectal Cancer
Please help ARCC Researcher Mary de Vera understand the information needs of patients and survivors of colorectal cancer if possible!
Dr. Mary de Vera of the University of British Columbia is taking on the cancer she herself was treated for – read more about her story in the Globe and Mail here. As noted in the Globe and Mail article, Dr. de Vera has funding from ARCC as a seed grant awardee to look at the information need of patients and survivors of colorectal cancer.
“Most respondents, so far, are from Britain and the United States, and Dr. De Vera is hoping Canadians will offer their views. It was launched Nov. 15 and runs until March. Just before Christmas, there were 428 respondents. She is hoping for over 1,000.” -link
