Have your say: National Lung Cancer Action Plan

Did you know that lung cancer is the leading cause of cancer-related death in Canada? In 2024, it is estimated that 32,100 Canadians will be diagnosed with lung and bronchus cancer, which represents 13% of all new cancer cases.

In collaboration with experts across Canada, the Canadian Cancer Society is working to create a national Lung Cancer Action Plan. Part of this plan includes distributing a survey that will help set future priorities in lung cancer care by collecting diverse perspectives from people with a variety of experiences.

CCS needs your help and participation! They are lookin to hear your voice if you are:

➡️ someone who has been diagnosed with lung cancer
➡️ someone who is caring or has cared for someone with lung cancer
➡️ a professional researching, treating or making policy decisions related to lung cancer care
