Cancer Care Ontario (CCO) — an Ontario government agency — drives quality and continuous improvement in disease prevention and screening, the delivery of care and the patient experience, for cancer, chronic kidney disease and access to care for key health services.

POSITION SUMMARY/RÉSUMÉ DU POSTE:
Bring your talent, initiative, and innovation to CCO’s Clinical Program and Quality Initiatives (CPQI) portfolio in one of two roles- Director, Clinical Engagement Programs or Director, Person Centred Care. The Directors, in conjunction with provincial clinical leaders, lead a quality agenda in the following programmatic areas: Pathology and Laboratory Medicine, Cancer Imaging, Surgical Oncology, Radiation Treatment and Systemic Treatment and Specialized Services Oversight, Person Centred care, Patient Reported Outcomes, Symptom Management, Psychosocial Oncology, Patient Education, and Nursing. The Directors participate in strategic planning, oversee the management of projects and services and lead program evaluation within the group, as well as collaborate and support the development, implementation and evaluation of cross portfolio multi-program projects.
